PP nonwoven

The material composition is fiber.
The full name of pp is polypropylene, and the Chinese name is polypropylene. Nw is an abbreviation for nonwoven, non-woven or non-woven. It is a non-woven fabric formed by air-jet or mechanically forming a mesh, followed by hydroentanglement, needle punching, or hot-rolling reinforcement and finally finishing. Ppnw means a nonwoven made of pp fiber. Due to the nature of pp itself, the final performance of the cloth is strong and high, but the hydrophilic properties are poor. Usually pbnw process is spinning into a net, hot rolling reinforcement. Generally, ppnw is widely used, packaging bags, surgical protective clothing, industrial fabrics, and the like. SMS spunbond and meltblown composite products are non-toxic, odorless, and highly effective. They can achieve antistatic, alcohol, anti-plasma, water-repellent and water-producing properties through special treatment.
