The first step in the production process of disposable masks: stacking and compacting

Place the non-woven fabric and the melt-blown fabric on the production line, and press the three-layer non-woven fabric together through machine pressing.

The second step of making masks: folding and pressing

There are three inclined planes on the machine, and the pressed large non-woven fabric is gathered along these three inclined planes to form a "folding structure". After the machine flattening link again, the surface of the mask is compacted.

The third step: cutting the seam

Cut the pressed cloth into small pieces and lock the edges one by one.

The fourth step: match the wire

The wide sides of the small piece of non-woven fabric with the side locked are rolled and flattened. In this process, a metal wire (that is, a nose clip) will be matched and transported at the same time, and it will be rolled into the edge. Knead the metal wire when wearing it to fix the mask on the bridge of the nose to better maintain airtightness.

Step 5: Equipped with ear straps

A small piece of non-woven fabric with metal wire is equipped with ear straps on the narrow sides, and the ear straps are fixed with the crimping and pressing. A complete mask is done.

Step 6: Inspection

The staff will randomly inspect a part of the masks. After pulling the ear rope test and part of the destructive test, the masks will be checked for compliance, and the qualified products will be put into the qualified area to wait for disinfection and sterilization.

The seventh step of the disposable mask production process: disinfection and sterilization

The qualified batches of masks are sent to the disinfection room for disinfection and sterilization. Because non-woven fabrics are not resistant to high temperatures, ethylene oxide gas is usually used for disinfection and sterilization. After this step, qualified medical surgical masks can be packaged and sold.
